Profile Description

I have a total of more than 6-years "Appointment Setting/Cold Calling/Lead Generation" (home-based) working experience. More than 5-years of it was for MEDICARE INSURANCE in the US. Doing outbound calls and talking to hundreds of US-based Medicare members, and providing quality leads for my previous employer to help them get sales. And 10-months work experience as a cold caller & live transfer agent for a Tax Collection Company.

I am also an experienced BPO/Call Center agent/customer service representative for a banking account. I handled both inbound and outbound calls for the JP Morgan Chase account in IT Park, Cebu City Philippines.

I also have experience with sales in a web designing company for a few months.

I am open to any Voice or Non-Voice accounts such as Telemarketing, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Virtual Assistant, Virtual Receptionist, Audio Transcription, Email and/or Chat Support accounts, Administrative jobs.
