I worked as a Listener Care Representative for SiriusXm for 3 years, assisting U.S customers. I was also trained for HP Printers for 2 months.
I am skilled in communicating with customers over the phone. With my experience, I am able to provide e-mail, ticket, technical, and phone support to your customers. I have also acquired basic knowledge in troubleshooting issues with Windows and its relation to HP Printers, during my training we got familiarized with Adobe Photoshop, and Excel. Throughout my experience as a Customer Service Representative I have learned to be patient, attentive and positive individual. I believe that familiarizing myself with what

I am always eager to learn new things and hobbies, in fact for the last three months I’ve been into blog and article writing, I also got myself familiarized with data entry and transcription in my hopes to work at home as a full time freelancer.
