Profile Description

As a live chat executive for more than 6 years, I have gained a
lot of skills and experience in customer service. Having worked with computers
for more than 6 years, I believe my internet research skills are top notched. I
have also worked as a supervisor and an email support specialist. I have a
great background on digital marketing and was also an HR manager for a startup
tech company. I have worked in a crypto currency exchange agency as an account
manager where I checked if a customer is following the AML and the internal
"know your customer" rules. I have more than 3
years effective AML/KYC experience in the financial, gaming and cryptocurrency
industry and 4 years as community manager for several crypto platform.
