1. Monitors the condition of every computer in the Departments and sees to it that all units are in good working condition.
2. Repairs any malfunctions in the PC, such as keyboard error, mouse that are not functioning, disk boot failure, no access to system and others.
3. Monitors LAN performance in every user’s station and sees to it that they are denied of their access to the server.
4. Deployment and configuration of Wide Area Network Equipment such as router.
5. Setup ISA/Internet and DHCP Server to campuses.
6. Reports to superior problems in the Departments that require Systems Application such as formatting of hard disk, installation of software, General Backup of Files, creation of Additional LAN user.
7. Provide technical support to campuses and support special project.
8. Reports to immediate superior any non-routine concern/problem that requires higher level of decision-making.
9. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the superior from
time to time.
