Profile Description

I've been doing General Admin tasks for the past 3 years. I started working as an appointment setter for a real estate agent based in Phoenix,Arizona wherein I make calls for my client and find property owners who would like their properties listed. I used different CRMs and phone systems such as Mojo, RedX and Tigerleads to do database management and appointment setting.
I also worked as an assistant to a mortgage lender and do a lot of admin tasks from email management to database, used tools like Infusionsoft, smartsheet, nestablish, microsoft excel and the MLS. While the most recent jobs I had was with social media management and ebay listing. They involve using different social media platforms, FB, IG, Pinterest, hootsuite and Trello. I did some audio and video transcribing too and worked a lot with ebay and amazon. My attention to details has been enhanced over the past few years because of the tasks I was assigned to, I love having deadlines 'cause they set me a goal on what I want to achieve and when should I be able to finish them. I am looking for a long term and stable job wherein we can both grow.
