If you're looking for a tech enthusiast with extensive writing experience and handling customers (via email or phone), then you're in the right place.
I'm an IT grad who loves everything tech-related -- apps, software, etc. I am also passionate about arts, including writing. I also worked in the BPO industry, initially as a frontline consultant/agent, but eventually worked my way up to the supervisory level as a Subject Matter Expert, where I got my Quality Analyst Certification.
For the past years, I have managed pressure and tight deadlines well, and I can humbly say that turnaround times aren't an issue with me -- as long as they're reasonable. I'm human, after all. But if and when necessary, you can count on me to channel my superhero being to help you with super urgent matters -- but please don't get too excited; my superhuman power resources are also limited. :)
I've also experienced managing, coaching, and training people under my team -- so I understand very well how to respect my superiors. I know it can be challenging to handle several people under you, so I do my utmost best to receive feedback positively and implement them promptly and efficiently.
I respect people's time and the workload and timeline they have, so as a part of a team, I make sure that I contribute to the team's success by doing my tasks on schedule without having them remind me of my deliverables or to-dos.
