Below is my job summary:

TECH SUPPORT

- Act as a first of contact of our client's service requests
- Gather and analyze information about the client's issue and determine the best way to resolve their concern within SLA
-Prioritize service tickets according to urgency and importance, utilizing our escalation process
-Provide timely updates to clients and internal technical colleagues during the resolution process
- Manage start of day checks of Fintech applications
- Report and document technical issues of managed software applications
- Provide troubleshooting for functional and technical issues raised by users
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve iUpgrade to see actual info and requests raised by clients
- Responsible for Active Directory management and managing user's access to software applications
- Facilitate functional and technical deployment based on the client's requirements
-Create and execute test scripts as well as provide test results
- Report bugs and errors to development teams using JIRA as a project management tool to document testing phases and defects


BUSINESS CONSULTANT

As a business consultant my day to day tasks
involved the following:

-Involved in manual testing of APIs and Dashboard Application
-Provide daily operation support for bank activities

RESEARCH ANALYST

As a Research Analyst my primary
responsibilities are the following:

-Responsible for the collection of accurate and
reliable specific industry metrics data or KPI's for the Oil and Gas industry
to the internal database.

-Fulfilled the research and market study of the
documents for companies involved in O&G to support clients on data queries.

-Created queries for Oil&Gas companies to
clarify policy issues.

-Maintained production and quality rating file
to support the company's descriptive data like business summaries and other
textual information using the Microsoft Office application.


LIFE INSURANCE FINANCIAL ADVISOR

I had worked as a financial advisor for a life insurance company here in the Philippines for two years. I am in charge of my
own appointment setting. I am responsible for contacting leads or clients over
the telephone, email, and social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, and
LinkedIn) to generate appointments. I keep track of all the records and personal
details of the clients. I do follow up and discuss personal matters that will
help raise their interest in the insurance product that I am selling. I also
make sure to keep a record of my productivity. Typically, I have to call and
send emails to a lot of potential clients every day so that I can have
successful appointments.

As a Financial Advisor my primary
responsibilities are the following:

-Help clients plan their short and long-term
financial goals.

-Recommend life insurance products and
investments depending on the client's needs and want.

-Execute and negotiate follow-through
implementation of different investment and insurance products.
