Profile Description

I possess seven years of experience as a Level 2 technical support representative in the business process outsourcing ( BPO ) industry and I love the variety of things I encounter there each day.
 
As a technical support representative, we provide a number of services for our clients including personalized, seamless experience that makes it easy for them to do what they want, when they want to. My knowledge as a Level 2 service specialist using various advanced troubleshooting programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned with. I am a quick learner and I definitely welcome challenges as well. 

As a detail-oriented professional, I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this is how we primarily communicate with clients and I am confident enough that I can easily get along with my future customers. I would love the opportunity to transfer these skills to your business.
