Profile Description

I've been working in the Customer Service industry for more than 15 years now - have in depth experiences in both inbound and outbound calls as well as chat and email support. I had been a Senior Customer Service Representative, Escalations Specialist, Case Manager and Customer Relations Associate in the two companies I've worked with in the corporate world.
I had also been a Funding Coordinator, Customer Service Manager, Researcher, Data Entry Analyst/Consultant, Order Processor, Live Chat Specialist and Email Handler, and Project Manager in my previous work from home jobs.
I do excellent works in research, data entry, administrative tasks, virtual assistance, Ecommerce store management, data mining and data management. 
I am proficient in using Google Apps (Email, Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc), Zoom, Shopify, Oberlo, Zendesk, Buffer, Mailchimp, Asana, Zapier, Slack, Zoho, and other project management tools.
I am a fast learner, hardworking, proactive, dedicated and somewhat perfectionist with my work. I always see to it that I meet, if not exceed my client's expectation. I value my work and see to it that I give my 100% in everything that I do. My goal is to, not just meet my client's expectation, but to exceed it!
