As we start our shift, we always check on how many tickets should we process for the day using Salesforce. After checking we will press the Get Next icon on Salesforce and then click WBID, Order Acceptance, and check Customer details, and it will be routed to different CRM like workbench, CAFE, ACSR, etc.

I am working as an Account Associate in a BPO Company here in the Philippines and we do handle Sales Accounts specifically in Salesforce, CafeNX, Workbench, and ACSR. I do encoding about the modem upgrades on Customer's Internet, Telephone, and on their TV.

As a Sales Support, we have to assure that we provide what the Customer wants and needs. For example, Customer wants to upgrade their internet speed and they are confused about what package they should avail of, I would be the one who will assist and suggest what is the best internet speed in that place and how many devices will connect to that modem. I will always suggest what is the best and I will always offer promotions so that Customers will lessen their monthly bill.

I am doing a part-time job creating Logos, and graphic designs using Canva.

For almost a year of being an Account Associate, I must say my English is getting better because we always talk to clients and solve their issues, confusions, disappointments, and gratefulness every day. It is not easy but solving CX problems is a very satisfying job.
