Profile Description

I'm an accountant specializing in helping Swedish businesses run the number side of things. I'm on the look out also to working for other EU businesses located outside Sweden.

• Location: Philippines, but I am mostly out of the country. I am open to meeting/going outside the Philippines.
• Educational background: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at one of the top 4 universities in Philippines. I am planning to take a Master's degree in China by 2024.
• US Certified Management Accountant passer
• Languages: Fluent in English. Basic in Mandarin. Can understand basic Swedish/accounting-related Swedish terms.
• Experience: 2+ years in a Swedish accounting firm + independent clients. 2+ years of SEO content writing & academic writing. 10+ years of feature writing for school publications. 7+ years of managing Instagram and Facebook business pages, and creating content, graphics and videos.
• Hobbies: Traveling. Coffee. Food. Learning about other cultures. Yoga. Architecture.

Swedish Accounting
• Software: I use these accounting softwares: Fortnox, Pyramid, Bokio, OMS and Visma lon. I am open to using a different software.
• Email management: Sort and manage all invoices that comes in the mail. Send invoices from the mail. Email customers, suppliers and employees.
• Software management: Get invoices and reports as needed from other platforms. Example: Paypal, Revolut, Mercury, Klarna, Amazon, Shopify, Stripe, Benify, Facebook, Google, etc.
• Supplier invoices management: Post supplier invoices. Schedule supplier invoice payments. Update supplier invoice payments. 
• Customer invoices management: Create customer invoices. Send customer invoices. Update customer invoice receipts. Reply to customer queries about the invoices.
• Skatteverket declarations: Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly VAT declarations. Monthly salary declarations. Quarterly OSS/One stop shop declarations. Monthly periodisk sammanstallning declarations.
• Other declarations: Yearly restaurangrapport. Other declarations.
• Other reports: Can calculate other reports you might need for your business.
• Multi-currency: I can work with multiple currencies
