I have worked as a customer service representative for a US based BPO company that provides directory assistance, wherein I would answer calls and connect customers to the establishment and/or person that they are calling about. I was promoted to Floor Assistant, assisted agents on their calls and take supervisor calls before leaving the company after more than five years for career growth and better compensation.
I moved to an Australian based BPO for a Telecommunications company, this time I would answer calls and provide the customer with technical support assistance for their internet service, and also upsell the company's premium service and other services. I stayed with the company for more than five years and was promoted to Service Delivery Administrator - Sales Lead. I managed the accounts Sales output, extracted data from the system, managed these data on Excel and prepared them for reports on Word and Power point presentations for Business Reviews. I listened to random recordings to check the call quality, provided coaching through side-by-side sessions, and held training sessions for the product/service that the company upsells. I sent emailed reports to Team Leaders and Operations Managers through the site and enterprise and set meetings for strategic planning.
Being on a day shift job gave me the opportunity to work part time for a home-based job listening to recorded calls for auto dealerships. Mainly, I listened to recorded calls and tag them based on various criteria. Also, I have worked for an e-commerce company as a Price Analyst, and here I analyzed, monitored and updated ticket prices according to its value on the market.
I am now looking for a full time home-based job since I left my BPO job just this April, I can provide good customer service and do sales either inbound or outbound, and I have good to excellent skills in Excel, Word, and Power point. I am a very determined and diligent person, I am very trainable and eager to learn new things.
I have worked for more than 2 years as a call quality specialist for car dealerships and 5 years as a sales service delivery administrator for a telecommunications company.
