I have been a Customer Service Representative for 7 years. I have acquired the skills and knowledge of an HR - payroll, and knowing an employee's benefit (specifically that of a US Citizen's) such as Healthcare, Pension, and even 401k accounts (stocks) as I worked as a Benefits Administrator for a year and a half.
I have also worked as a Property Consultant - assisting prospective tenants on looking for a property to lease, collating and organizing necessary papers, and ensuring they get the best services out of their stay with our company.
I have also worked as a Sales Consultant with a telecommunications company, learning the knowledge and necessary skills to ensure that customers will have an in depth knowledge of the product, have them sign up with a plan, which in turn adding up revenues to the company.
I know how to use MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. I have also worked with Wordpress and Blogspot as I am a blogger as well - also knowing how to edit (and create) photos for my website using Photoshop though I am still getting the ropes of it.
I am wanting to have a stable job which will help me enhance my skills and in turn use the skills and knowledge that I acquired over the years to help build your business.
