I am a Registered Psychometrician with extensive experience in teaching, training, psychological assessment, and human resource development. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) and am currently completing my Master of Science in Psychology.
I have served as a College Instructor and Lecturer for various reputable universities, where I developed and facilitated engaging courses in Psychology, Statistics, and General Education. As a Provisional Psychologist and Guidance Associate, I have hands-on experience conducting intake interviews, administering and interpreting psychological tests, creating comprehensive reports, and developing treatment plans under supervision.
I am also skilled in HR recruitment and training, having managed end-to-end hiring processes, conducted psychometric evaluations, and facilitated employee training and engagement programs. Additionally, I am an experienced speaker and facilitator for seminars, webinars, and team-building activities, with proven communication and leadership skills.
