Profile Description

I previously worked as a Regional System Support Analyst / Project Manager for a global advertising company handling APAC. I manage service desk support team and handles escalated issues. Monitor and ensure that SLA's are always met.
My main role is project management. I have strong working experience handling full cycle of project, travel to our different APAC offices (Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Thailand) to analyze new system requirements, implement system enhancements and perform system migration. Our application is a media booking and finance system. As a project manager, I analyze the requirements and understand the exact details of the project I discuss with developer on the needs and set a timeline for the release. I also act as release manager - applying the release remotely to our servers (UAT server and Live server), and ensure that proper UAT is done before applying the release to live system.
I'm ITIL certified and familiar with several IT processes and systems.
Very knowledgeable in hardware troubleshooting and can manage a team of support staffs.
