I have been working as Customer Support Representative since 2010 to 2011 for eBay. Handled customers for open cases on their items, worked as a Subject Matter Expert and act as the point of contact for emails. Has also been with Sprint since 2012 to 2014. I am a hybrid agent which works on all of the lines of businesses which includes Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales Representative, Billing Expert and Retention Agent. 2014 to 2015, has been a Financial Adviser for Prudential Annuities. Also in 2015 to 2016, worked as VA for property management in Real Estate firm, primarily schedule prospect to visit the property, generate leads, answer queries over the phone. 2016 to 2017, Hotels Combined (Home based). Data Researcher and Data Encoder for hotels worldwide. Edit their website, make changes to the database, researched on each hotels' description and upload it to Excel file. Ended job last September 2017, since client pulled out. December 2017 to September 2019, worked for a printing company with Email management, uploading T-shirt designs on website/sites and worked with Excel file for customers' information. I know how to use Microsoft Office and Google Docs since I have been introduced to it from my previous jobs. And from 2019 until present, I am with the Real Estate industry working as a Transaction Coordinator/Executive Admin Assistant for a well-known brokerage both in the USA as well as in Canada. I am used to filling up contracts, agreements, amendments & the like. I am definitely capable of being in a company for a long-term job.
