I've been assigned as a Customer Support Representative in the Benefits and Eligibility Department. Then I became a Descriptive Writer of an online shop. I used to edit item descriptions of the products that my clients sell online and it lasted for four months. My writing skills have been enhanced through descriptive writing. Then I became a Lead Generation Specialist for a well known ticketing company that is based in USA but also have their offices in UK, Canada and Australia. I have been a Lead Generation Specialist for three years straight. Afterwards, I became an Order Placer in Postmates App. I am knowledgeable when it comes to MS Excel, Salesforce and Oracle. You must hire me because I have a vast experience with the BPO industry and I am easy to get along with. I am adaptable and flexible when it comes to work and I must say that when it comes to work I maintain my professionalism always.
