Profile Description

I had been taking  Inbound and Outbound calls in the BPO setting for more than  10 years now. 
I had worked as Customer service Representativeand was responsible for taking escalated calls as well (10-15/day) . I discuss their benefits, bills and other queries. 
I had worked for well knowm retail company in the US in an Inbound Customer service setting. Making sure calls will have 100% CSAT. 
I also worked as a Sales representative for US Accounts, and was responsible for taking inUpgrade to see actual infocalls in a day. I am responsible in meeting my daily goal of 8 -10 sales daily. Other KPIs met daily are Quality, SPH, BE and Hours goal.
I have Perfect hours and attendance all throughout my BPO career. I also have knowledge on various computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google apps. I've also used Batch, VPN, Nice and Call Shaper in my previous centers.
I'm an independent worker with a reputation as a resourceful problem-solver who uses initiative and organizational skills to get the job done.
I'm regarded as a competent teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who is always prepared to go the extra mile and I have proven ability to remain focused and self-directed in a fast-paced work environment while dealing with conflicting demands.
I was also promoted as Product Trainer and Team Leader on 3 different BPO companies I've worked with and made sure that I'm always on meeting and exceeding the client's goals.
