Most of my experiences are exposed to providing excellent Customer Service and managing administrative works.

I have worked as a CSR/TSR for more than 5 years in an office-based before I became an online Virtual Assistant. I have used CRM, Oracle, Outlook, MS Office as a tool in completing my task. 

As a VA, I have experienced in doing eBay Returns and Cases, accommodates email inquiries both for eBay, Shopify, and Amazon. I am familiar with navigating Amazon, Shopify, AliExpress, and eBay websites. I am great at email management, assisting, and pacifying irate customers.

I am knowledgeable in doing dropshipping. I have experienced with eBay listing. I have used AutoDs, Hydra Lister, Zik Analytics, Title Builder as a tool for this task.

I had also the chance to look or search for influencers on Instagram.

I have the expertise in the area of customer support and the ability to resolve customer concerns with satisfaction. I am efficient in using a computer. I can do multi-tasking; I can type a minimum of 50wpm without compromising the quality. My previous work involves the following:
