I have started working from 2015 to present. I started building my careeras a full time working student, My experiences are accustomed inmedical virtual assistance, medical practice management, healthcarecustomer service, training and leadership, pharmacovigilance, bedsidenursing and e-commerce.
My responsibilities had been handling customer service andescalations, e-commerce sales boost, e-commerce non-voice andvoice support, social media management, assigned in EmergencyTrauma and Pediatrics, healthcare billing and enrollment, monitorindividual and team performance, drive and meet account specificKPIs, provide feedback to agents to improve performance and manageretention and attrition.
I have worked closely with healthcare professionals and clinical trialinvestigators to help them to provide the best possible information toan audience of patients.
My Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with alldepartments in an organization. I have the ability to work within a teamas well as cross-team. I can work with web engineers to resolve technicalissues and implement technical enhancements.
