I am a lawyer and member of the Philippine Bar. I am proficient with Philippines laws and in preparing legal forms as well as in writing academic legal essays.
My work experience as a private practictioner include consultancies for various government agencies as well as serving as legal counsel for several companies abroad who are doing business in the Philippines. Consequently, I have drafted for them employment contracts and non disclosure agreements.
I am also familiar with US motion practice as I have previously worked for an American law firm specializing in commercial laws, wherein I drafted answers, and discovery demands and responses for various clients.
I am a very dedicated and driven person with a unique skill set. I will be a devoted advocate in making sure that your legal needs are met in the most competent way possible.
I have experience in campus journalism. I have a degree in Psychology and Literature from University of the Philippines. I am also trained in legal writing and opinion writing and other essay forms.
