• Receive calls from manager on duty and log all their concerned.
• Isolate error encounter in the Pos or in the computer through remote connections.
• Assist manager on duty for any product updates/price increase.
• Configure, set up the following :
1. Remote connections (ultravnc, teamviewer and or PC Any where connections.
2. Internet connections-ISP or DSl.
3.
4. Mall texts file creation and connectivity.
5. Generate and print backend report for the testing of server printer.
• Orient the managers with the peripherals in POS System (UPS, hub, Modem, Patch cable).
• Train managers on basic trouble shouting. Advise them to use helpdesk menu.
• Orient managers on product update/price updating procedures and on manual/auto update of Anti-Virus definition.
