Handled end-to-end logistics processes and milestones under import and export sea & air, road transport and transshipment, Couriers, and Postals for a Global Logistics Company based in New Zealand.

•System Registration of TrUpgrade to see actual infogular or Cross trade shipments, International Couriers, Parcels and Postals, and Excess Baggage, Direct & FAK Registrations /Buyer's and Agent's Consolidations, Customs Brokerage and clearance, International and Domestic Freight Forwarding
•Order Bookings, routing, transshipment, vessel monitoring updates, and organization creation and registration
•Compiling of invoice lines for clearance
•Invoicing, posting, and autorating cost and revenue
•Accounts Payables and disbursement charges entering, reconciliation, and processing of payments/batch Payments, from vendors or partners
•Accounts Receivable posting, matching, and reconciliation including Statement of accounts, WIPS and Acruals, and Batch receipts
•Job registrations, ETAs, and other updates from booking up to delivery
•Sending and processing of docs to clients including Pre-alerts, Arrival notices, Remittances, Outturn reports, Delivery orders, Manifests, Delay Alerts, Cartage advice, PODs, etc.
•Updating and autorating client rates, quotations, cost, and revenues
•Creating Warehouse Receipts for receiving goods and Warehouse Picking Slips for delivery or pick-up of client's goods stored in our pick/pack and store warehouse utilized by the existing clients.
