I am a Filipino customer service specialist with over 10 years of experience, both in corporate and work-from-home setups. I specialized mainly in:- CUSTOMER SUPPORT for e-commerce or drop shipping companies and subscription businesses, and,- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT (I manage comments and messages on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
The majority of my home-based experience is focused on email support. But recently, I experienced again responding to customers through phone calls and live chats. I have experience using ZENDESK, SHOPIFY, AMAZON SELLER CENTER, ACUMATICA, SLACK, SKUBANA, SUPPORT SYNC, and BASECAMP. I look up order details, process reships and refunds, look up tracking information, send invoices, troubleshoot, and handle PayPal disputes, all via email. At the same time, I build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Other tasks include order management and fulfillment and Facebook page or social media management.
I have my laptop with 8GB Installed RAM. My internet connection is PLDT with up to 100 MBPS download and upload. I have my workspace at home where I can work comfortably and quietly.
