I have more than a year experience as Customer (Email) Support Specialist in an online business and almost a year as product researcher (both home based)

Majority of my home based experience is focused on email support. I resolve product or service problems; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution, all via email. Also, I build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Other tasks include order management and Facebook page management.
