Profile Description

I have over a decade worth of experience working mainly as a Helpdesk Analyst, performing duties of both Techincal Support and Customer Service posts, assisting customers via voice, email and chat.
Working Environment
-Sound Proof room
-Business District, power and internet service interruption is very rare.
-50 Mbps download and upload speed Fiber Connection with a backup connection that has 5 Mbps of download speed
I can work with minimal to no supervision and prefer working a case from end-to-end. I am a people person and easy to get along with, able to work with diversity and flexibility. I always pay attention to detail and the urge to deliver work before the deadline while keeping my client and customer happy is my passion.
