I'm currently finishing my College Degree in Bachelor of Science major in Financial Management and employed in an outsourcing company. I started as an Customer Service Representative for American customers. I help them in any issues regarding our product. After which, I became a back office agent (email support) for almost 3 years. Most of our work includes answering email. Due to this, i can say that my typing skill is average as I was able to reach and sometimes exceed our email quota. And then I became a Product Specific Trainer. I taught and guided new agents regarding the company's dlngzxc. Zb keeping that post, a person needs to be approchable and fluent in English. I was able to improve both of my intrepersonal skills and English fluency within my 1 year experience as a trainer. After which, I got promoted as a part of our workforce department. Specifically, I'm a Reporting Analyst who collates data from different people and consolidate it on a file. I usually use Microsoft excel so i'm very much knowledgeable of Microsoft office.
I am very willing to learn different things and flexible at all times. Therefore, I am confident that I can take any job i'm offered.
