Project Estimation
> Familiar with quantity takeoff and cost estimation principles
> Able to assist in preparing cost estimates, reviewing bid documents, and performing quantity takeoffs using Excel or Plan Swift.

Scheduling (MS Project, etc.)
> Able to assist in creating and updating construction schedules
> Familiar with developing Gantt charts, updating project timelines, and tracking progress using MS Project or similar tools.

Construction Documentation
> Comfortable preparing reports, logs, and site updates
> Preparation of reports, technical drawings, and progress documentation.

Coordination & Communication
> Can support team communication and project follow-ups remotely
> Capable of coordinating with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors via email, chat, or virtual meetings; ensures smooth flow of information.
