Profile Description

I have been a customer service for a medical insurance account for almost 4 years. I have worked as a technical support representative and a billing associate for a major US cable account for a year. I also have an experience in teaching English to Japanese students (adult & kids) for 3 years. I have worked as a virtual admin assistant for real estate, accommodation services, letting agencies and recruitment. 

I'm very attentive and keen to details. I have been working with clients based in US/UK/AU and I have great communication and written skills. I am hardworking, highly trainable and can adapt to learning new applications and tasks in a short period of time. I'm goal- oriented, organized and can manage my time well. I am highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications especially with Word, Excel and Google spreadsheets.
