A Virtual Assistant, who adapts seamlessly in constant development of technology.
-Troubleshoots technical issues as they arise within various applications through the appropriate support channels.
-Researcher of projects (new apps/systems/processes, best practices, product lines, competitors, etc.
-Manages calendars, admin inboxes, Google Suite , Project Management and CRM tools.
-Assists with setting up new accounts/services as needed, maintaining account subscriptions, app integrations, and keeping up to date with new updates and features.
-Maintains good customer service, inventory management, supplier relationship, and great product research.

Most of my experiences are in the field of accounting.
Being an accountant for almost 8 years is a great journey.
