Profile Description

I have been working home-based since January 2017 and have been a telemarketer, appointment setter, sales representative and an online teacher. I have worked in a call center industry for more than ten years and more than seven years of that experience were handling supervisory roles. I've been part of customer service accounts dealing with Telecommunications, banking and health insurance. I have good customer service skills which made be capable of leading teams for them to be consistent performers. I know how to provide an excellent customer service in all calls, do research to ensure the right solution to client's issue, evaluate calls to ensure high-quality calls, create reports, do root cause analysis for continuous improvement and coach agents to help them reach their full potential.
I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I want a long-term and stable job where I can help you build your business.
