I worked in the BPO industry for almost 9 years. I have become an expert in providing excellent Customer Service experience and handling escalation calls. I was trained and had experience managing a team, helping the team members, also managers achieve their goals in the company.  I worked as a Technical Support Agent and Sales Executive for a TelCo account.
