I was working in a cosmetics company way back year 2000 as a personal assistant to a Sales Leader in Avon Cosmetics Cagayan de Oro Philippines' branch and eventually became a Sales Leader seven years after. I have a group of Avon Sales Representatives whom I will motivate, mentor and guide to increase their monthly sales and earnings. I do training, planning and mentoring every month to give them tips and advises to improve their business skills.
I also have a travel blog few years ago as I love to travel in some places here in the Philippines and some of the Asian countries. I am fond of reading articles related to anything that catches my attention from real estate, lifestyle, beauty and wellness, travel, documentaries and more.
I started as a freelance wedding planner and Events organizer a year after I became an Avon Sales Leader, since I have a flexible time. And I create our modules and guidelines, even our clients' wedding workbook. I even manage our FB page Wedding Elements by Mikay and website.
I can do multi tasking since I have a background on sales, marketing, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel. I am looking for a part time job and I am willing to learn more on the jobs that will be given to me. I'm a result oriented, self directed, organized and determined.
