Hi, I'm Tine and I specialise in Property Management in the UK. 

In my gig as a seasoned R2R, HMO, and Single-Let Property Manage in the UK, a big chunk of what I do involves helping out with the whole Lettings process. You know, it's all about getting those properties out there on the market, and I'm the one who gets that ball rolling. You'll catch me posting listings on places like Openrent, Rightmove, Zoopla, Gumtree, OnTheMarket, and a bunch of other spots.

But that's not all – I'm the go-to person when it comes to fielding enquiries, setting up viewings, diving into tenant background checks, whipping up inventory reports, coordinating inspections, tackling maintenance headaches, and keeping an eye on the rulebook to make sure we're all good with the UK government's property guidelines.

When it's time for things like Gas Safety, EICR, PAT, Fire Safety, and Fire Risk Assessment, you can count on me to get in touch with the right folks. And if any fixes need doing, I'll make sure to chat it out with the Landlords and get the green light on the costs. Oh, and just so you know, I'm pretty handy with Property Management Software – I've got the lowdown on using Arthur CRM.
