I am a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management graduate and having 11 years experience as a Customer Service Representative 2 of the biggest companies here in the Philippines. I am confident with my motivation and through the years of working as a Senior Operations Representative, I have developed skills that might be of use by your business. I have great sense of responsibility, interpersonal communication, may it be oral or written, computer literate and I am flexible and is always willing to learn. My last work was with a financial account, under the fraud department, and that experience helped me to be more keen to details and be extremely resourceful.
