I outsource different products through Alibaba, negotiating with lots of suppliers especially in the China market, and filter them to make sure they are in compliant with the industry standards and meet our company's major criteria. I am responsible for managing COGS/COGL reports for inventory and financial purposes and I also conduct pre-shipment inspections with the help of our 3rd party inspection agency. Aside from negotiating with different manufacturers and freight forwarders, I also do Customer Service Support on the side, processing reimbursements, refunds, replying to our customer's reviews, and solving their concerns through
