I've been in the BPO world for about 3 years now. I was able to be part of Convergys Philippines as one of their Customer Service Representative for DirecTV (american account). I'm currently with Teletech Philippines as one of their Technical Support for Telstra Bigpond internet service (australian account). Most of the time in our field of work we annalize more and think out of the box in a given situation. I'm also learning adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator to enhance my creative side.
