Profile Description

Experienced working on a client globally. I've done an extensive researching job like Lead Generation Specialists for a well-known ticketing company that is based in the USA but also have their offices in UK, Canada, and Australia. I search and qualify potential client as well as their information like phone, personal email address and their job position. I know how to use CRM software like Salesforce and Infusionsoft .I also worked on a online Hotel booking as a researcher. My job is to search for a specific location of the hotel and pin it on the map in their database.

I've also experienced working as a Customer Service Representative working mainly as a support to the restaurants in the food delivery business acting as a liaison between the customers and the main company facilitating over the daily needs of the business from live orders to back office request. I've experienced using Customer Support ticket like Zendesk.

Some of my strongest skills are fast learning, and passion for expanding my knowledge and improving my skills.
