I worked as a Virtual Assistant and as an Appointment Setter to a real estate company based in the US.

I worked as an outbound lead qualifier to an insurance company based in the US. I used to call customers, ask them pre-qualifying questions then transfer them to a licensed agent. I was always on the top 5 agents.
Before I landed a job as an outbound representative I also worked as a part time email support to an e-commerce business based in Hong Kong. My job responsibilities are to respond to customer's inquiries about the products; update customer's about the order progress; report issues. Tools used are Shopify and Zendesk. 

Prior to that, I was accepting freelance jobs where I need to manage social media accounts. I promote the client's photography business by posting it to different social media accounts. I used to accept data mining jobs as part time. 

Before I decided to work at home, I was in the BPO industry for years.I started as an outbound agent selling credit card protection plan then transferred to a UK based telco account as a sales rep both inbound and outbound. Until, I was assigned as one of the subject matter expert in the production floor. Eventually, I was encouraged by my mentors to apply as a product trainer. Then, after the interview and the demo teaching I passed and I was promoted as a trainer. 
My core responsibilities are to conduct training for newly hired employees, giving them all they need to know about the company, giving them all the things to keep them ready and fully informed about the products they are going to sell. I also conduct role plays pretending to be a customer and agent as well. I also conduct enhancement training for existing agents that needs to improve their performance. As a trainer, we also have a weekly catch up call with the Training Dept based in UK to make sure we are calibrated when it comes to the training modules. We update each other about the training progress in Manila team.
