I have completed my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Major in Business Economics at the University of Santo Tomas Manila in April 2011. Creativity in decision-making makes my life interesting. My passion for Photography and post-processing led me to study a diploma course in Professional Photography at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde School of Design and Arts in April 2012. I believe that business has much to learn from the arts. Applying arts based learning to creativity, innovation and leadership helped my business gain a competitive advantage.
Shortly after graduating, I started conceptualizing my own business. I did everything from listing the possible brand names; sketching logo designs; designing products, packaging and catalogue in Photoshop; meeting manufacturers; product shoot and post processing; creating a Facebook Page, Facebook Advertisements, Shopify Store, Instagram, Twitter, & Viber social media accounts. This includes the posting/displaying of the goods, making sure that all links are working, updating the database, and of course, customer service. To make sure that the online store continuously runs smoothly, I must always respond to emails as well as answer phone messages from both clients and suppliers in 24 hours or less. I should also keep in touch with the suppliers and manufacturers of my products. This way, I can haggle and agree on pricing of all Upgrade to see actual info is also my job to keep a database of the inventory. I must always know what products need to be replenished or changed. I make a schedule for the cut-off of the order filling and payment for the day to ensure the buyer receives the packages in a timely manner. I am also in charge of the promotion of the site. I am responsible for the sales as well. Therefore, I need to think of ways to attract more customers.
