I Have an Excellent Command of the English Language.

This sounds obvious to most but if English is your second language you have to work HARD to be able to communicate effortlessly with someone who does speak it as their first language. I’ve previously taught English here in Batangas City, I read a LOT of books in English, and I’m a full time VA.
Understanding Exactly How You Want Tasks Done.
A key skill of a VA is to not just listen to your instructions but also to ask the right questions which based on experience, you know to ask to make sure you 100% understand how to do the job right. I always make sure clients pay me to remove stress and take care of work, not give them stress and add work.

Focused Work

Most VAs work from home which is why having a dedicated work area away from family and distraction is key. You can’t work effectively if you’re actively childminding and mixing in daily household duties whilst you’re trying to work.
This is the reason why I build myself one of those dedicated work area to make sure I can focus on the tasks that are given to me and deliver them with utmost accuracy.

This is really about being a team member who is invested in helping you meet your goals and excelling as a VA. I make sure clients will be able to easily make additional requests and I get on with it as soon as possible, The earlier mentioned point of being good at asking the right questions if needed is once again extremely valuable here.
