Hi  I'm Upgrade to see actual info and I am amazing at what I do and everyday I’ll put in 110% and I’m better than any other person you’ve seen today or will ever see again. I take pride in providing quality customer service and had always been commended for it. I believe that excellent customer service will win a customer's loyalty which is important in any business.  I worked as a VA for an Amazon Seller, I was assigned as a customer support for email, live chat and phone, managing the emails entails a lot of responsibility, I answer all inquiries, package tracking, order listing . After taking care of all the emails my client asked me to do other tasks.Im also responsible in removing negative feedback.I am pretty much skilled when it comes to handling calls and very much familiar with phone etiquette with the a neutral accent and command of the English language. I have worked with a lot of different customers and diverse customer attitude so call handling is not a problem. I have no issues with multitasking and finishing tasks on a deadline. Handling??emails and phone calls is my expertise as well, consulting a certain business process or manual set by the client. i require minimum supervision after a few days of guided work schedule and I am very willing to be in a long-term, full time job contributing my assets and skills.
