Profile Description

As a freelancer, I started my career doing project management for U.S. based life and health coaches and digital marketers. I co-designed programs/courses, wrote website content, monthly newsletters and handled email marketing. With my research, editing, and proofreading skills, I helped one of my health coach/author clients self-publish a clean lifestyle book which eventually became an Amazon bestseller. 
In the past 3 years or so, I have been heavily involved in digital and affiliate marketing. I am entrusted by one of my clients to be the main point of contact for affiliate marketers to promote our products through webinars. This is concurrent with my role as Customer Service Manager for our global team. 

All of these experiences honed my familiarity with digital marketing tools such as GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, Sendgrid, Aweber, WordPress, Optimize Press, ClickFunnels, webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar and Everwebinar, Buffer, Canva, Dropbox, Soundcloud, Asana, Trello, and other collaborative platforms.

Prior to becoming a full-time freelancer, I had 10 years of managerial experience in BPO and Customer Service operations across a variety of verticals including Travel and Hospitality for a top US hotel brand, Customer Service and Technical Support of top US and New Zealand Telecommunication/ISP companies.

I worked in Queensland, Australia for a year as a key part of Workforce Management overseeing at least 6 sites handling government accounts and a key Telecommunications/ISP company.

While working as a BPO manager, I have successfully launched new programs with a minimum of 100 headcount and helped organically grow these programs to reach 1,000+ headcount. This was achieved by efficiently utilizing resources, effectively managing the performance of my direct reports, proactively formulating strategy and other critical business processes.

My competencies as a manager include process improvement, performance management, productivity management, people development, and customer satisfaction improvement. I am on the lookout for a job that would exercise these leadership muscles again. However, I do not mind working my way from the ground up and will definitely be delighted to pursue opportunities that would flex my creativity in terms of writing, social media management, digital marketing, and customer support.
