Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is
It all started with my awe at how quickly the world has changed, thanks to the internet. Then I had the bright idea to integrate my academic education with online businesses. As a result, I have become a Virtual Assistant: Social Media Management and Customer Relations Officer.
I'm the type of person who enjoys making lists, organizing things, using sticky notes, and crossing things off her to-do list. ?I'm a tech-savvy person that is constantly eager to learn new things.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Economics, which I use in my prior and future positions.
I can help business owners, entrepreneurs & coaches in different niches thrive online, manage admin tasks, book ideal clients & save time. I have keen attention to detail, flexible, and work well with minimal supervision. I strive to give the best service for my clients and maintain good relationships.
I was in the corporate world for almost two years in one of the biggest Call Center Companies in the BPO industry before starting my journey as a Virtual Assistant.
Though for only a short period of time, I have learned a lot from my experiences as a Customer Account Executive (frontline, receiving calls from customers and helping them in any way possible) and as a Technical Support Representative (back office, receiving calls from field technicians and help them in any way before, during and after their troubleshooting errors). Then, I started a Virtual Assistance job as an Appointment Setter and worked for almost 2 years.
I am passionate about interacting and engaging with people and completing different administrative jobs and project management. I've been able to integrate these interests with my previous jobs.
My goal is to assist like-minded businesses in making the highest potential impact.
