Profile Description

I am a Business Coach for a financial account at Sitel Philippines where I manage 15-20 associates. As a supervisor, I am responsible in molding my associates to become the best that they can be. I am also creating lay out designs for our campaign given that I have
a proven record in graphics design. Prior to joining Sitel, I was a graphic artist at one of the supermarkets in our province. I would come up with 8-10 posters, pamphlets and other advertising designs in a day. I am an expert with Adobe Photoshop and other designing soft wares.
I am also an excel expert and I have created macro to make the reporting process of our department more efficient. I am well versed with various excel formulas and functions like pivot, vlookup, hlookup, IF function and a lot more. I work efficiently with minimum supervision and I am performance and output driven. I am looking for a stable job where I can help you build your business.
