Good Day! My name is Anthea and I would like to express my interest to apply for this freelance job opportunity.

I consider this as a perfect avenue for me to continue working on what I am passionate about, which is providing efficient client servicing and sales support. 

My past exposure to various industries has equipped me with different experiences, challenges, and has tested my flexibility in adapting to different roles and Upgrade to see actual infoom working as a Customer Service Specialist for BPO industries. Then I provided Order Management support for manufacturing companies. The passion and drive to work hard efficiently have always been my goal in every task that I am assigned. More importantly, I value maintaining good relations with my team and to gain that trust and confidence.

Currently, I am working full time for the watch manufacturing industry as a Consumer Support Specialist. My role includes handling phone calls and chats, providing??email support, E-Commerce support from managing the marketplace inboxes, monitoring order status, answering reviews, and also handling Social Media accounts across different platforms. 

I am definitely excited to be given the chance to work for different employers here in Onlinejobs.ph and I look forward to more learning opportunities, to work with the experts in the field of freelancing. If everything works out, I would love to pursue this full time.
