What am I proud of? First, my solid experience handling Customer Service and Sales for Telco and Retail companies with a little bit of Sales. I’ve been in the BPO industry for 8 years. Also, I’ve been working homebased for almost 2 years now. I’ve tried doing different task and different position. Email, text, chat support; cold calling; lead generation; lister; data entry, some admin tasks; taking inbound and outbound Upgrade to see actual infocond, I make sure to give the best customer service satisfaction to each and every customer. Third, I have handled inquiries, disputes, refunds, payments, order taking, and shipment Upgrade to see actual info’s a wide range of experience that is because I’m open and up for the challenge in learning new things. I also know basic photoshop, although I am far from being an expert at it. And lastly, I work with minimal supervision. I am dedicated, focused and passionate in every task that I was given. I want a long term, stable job where I can help you build your business.
