5. Payment Processing: Integrating secure payment gateways to accept various payment methods and ensuring the security of customer transactions.
6. Customer Service: Providing responsive and helpful customer support via multiple channels (e.g., email, live chat, phone) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle returns or exchanges.
7. Returns and Refunds: Handling returns, refunds, and exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction in these situations.
