I'm an experienced Virtual assistant since February 2017 which administrative tasks varies from Internet research; Database building, Data Entry; Content Writing; Corporate Blogging; Appointment Setting; Email Generation and Social Media Management, creating flyers on Canva and some admin tasks. My experience as Virtual Assistant for over four years has taught me a Upgrade to see actual info honed me into a more independent person who can work with very minimal Upgrade to see actual infocision making and quick resolution has been a second nature to me.
 
As an experienced Customer service professional for over a decade, I experienced dealing with different customers who are angry, frustrated, worried and afraid. Building an emotional connection with customers is never been easy especially when there are no verbal or physical cues to follow. My 10-year experience molded my patience, discipline, and flexibility for work. My work varies from receiving and processing documents online and placing them on a more larger database for an Australian bank, producing quality email/chat responses and making a significant impact to customers, calling clients and business partners for an appointment and a lot more. I possess a strong eye for detail. Though I'm naturally a team player, I can also thrive independently.
