Profile Description

I have 7 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Australian customers and had a year of experience as Online English Teaching.
I also work for 5 months for a data entry position and Virtual Assistant and 4 months as appointment settler. 
I also had experience in posting ads especially Craigslist. Back page, eBay, etc.
I also work as a Dispatcher for a taxi company process dispatching and booking and communicating with drivers to do the job effectively and updating the system.

I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and became knowledgeable about how to deal with people and customers.
Dealing with and assisting people over the phone or through chat is not a problem for me. Good communication is what I've learned that everyone needs to have good and satisfied customers.
Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent, I have managed to learn skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer services, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude, and persuasiveness.

I'm a very hard-working person and willing to learn and submit to what the company wants me to do in my job.
