I worked more than 6 years in a world of call center industry and that was a great experienced for me . Why? Because I learned a lot from it! Even sometimes I felt that my head was about to explode because of the pressured by reaching our quota's. And at the end of the day I can say I loved my job, I loved what I'm doing and this is my world.
As an agent, I learned a lot from customer service representative to telemarketing service representative and the knowledge that I gained was priceless.
From the start when the customer says hello until goodbye, I learned how to handle the calls. Even for irate customers.
And now that I'm a married woman I don't want to leave my job. As much as possible If I still have the chance I want to keep on learning and I need to earn for my family.
